1. Who we are
This website is operated by Aliaksandr Vabishchevich, an individual. “Kidletix” is a trade name used for this project — there is no company behind it, and there is no office address or phone line. Email is the only way to reach us: info@kidletix.app. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean the operator named above.
2. What this website is
The Kidletix mobile app is in development and does not exist yet. The quiz, the sample plan and the prices on this site describe an app we intend to build. We use the site to learn how many parents are interested, at which step they lose interest, and whether the idea is worth building at all.
We say this in plain words on the last page of the quiz — before that page asks for your email, not after.
3. What we collect
Answers you give in the quiz. About your child: age range (a range, not a date of birth), gender, height, weight, primary sport, fitness level, whether they train alone or with a parent, available equipment, where they train, and how often per week. You may also type a sport of your own if it is not on the list.
Your email address — only if you choose to submit the waitlist form on the final page. No other part of the site asks for it.
Technical information sent by your browser: the user agent string (browser
and operating system), the address of the page that referred you, and any
utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign,
utm_content or utm_term values present in the link you
followed. We do not store your IP address in our own database.
How far you got. We record the time of each step of the funnel: opening the landing page, which “Choose a program” button you clicked, the highest quiz step you reached, reaching the plan page, which plan you clicked, reaching the final page, and submitting your email. Answers are saved after every step, so if you leave the quiz halfway through, what you had already answered stays with us.
We do not ask for, and have no way of receiving: your name, your child’s name, a date of birth, a phone number, a postal address, precise location, photographs, medical records, payment card details, or a password. There are no user accounts on this site.
4. Children
This site is written for parents and guardians, not for children. We do not ask children to use it, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child.
The answers about your child are entered by you, and they are deliberately coarse — an age range instead of a birth date, no name, nothing that identifies the child. We need them only to shape the sample plan the site shows you. If you believe a child has entered information here, email info@kidletix.app and we will delete the record.
5. Why we use it
- To see how many people complete each step — that is the entire point of this test.
- To fill in the sample plan shown at the end of the quiz with the answers you gave.
- To email you about the launch, if you joined the waitlist.
- To understand which links and campaigns bring visitors, from the UTM values above.
We do not build advertising profiles, and nothing on this site makes an automated decision that affects you.
6. Where it is stored
Answers and email addresses are written to a hosted PostgreSQL database (Supabase) located in the United States, US East region. The website itself is a set of static files served by Vercel.
7. Who else sees it
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not pass it to advertisers, data brokers, or any other party for their own purposes.
These service providers process data on our behalf, because the site cannot run without them:
- Supabase — hosts the database holding your answers and email address.
- Vercel — serves the website; like any web host, its servers see request information such as your IP address.
- Google Fonts — the typeface is loaded from Google’s servers, so Google receives your IP address and user agent when a page loads.
- YouTube — on the landing page only, and only after you click the video preview. Until you click, nothing is requested from YouTube.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
9. Your rights
If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to have it deleted, to have it corrected, and not to be treated differently for exercising any of those rights. You also have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do neither, which is why this site has no “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” control. We honour the same requests from anyone else, wherever they live.
To make a request, email info@kidletix.app. Please send it from the address you gave us: that address is the only thing that connects a request to a record. If you never submitted an email, we hold nothing that links the record to you, and we will not be able to find it — but you can close the tab, and the site will not recognise you again.
You may use an authorised agent; we will ask for written proof of their authority. We answer requests within 45 days.
10. How long we keep it
Quiz answers and email addresses are kept while this test runs and until the waitlist has served its purpose — telling you the app is available, or telling you it is not being built. You can ask us to delete your record at any point before that.
11. Security
The database table cannot be read from a browser: row-level security is enabled with no access policies, so the public key shipped inside the page can do exactly one thing — call a single function that writes a validated record. Reading the data requires a secret key that never leaves the operator. The site is served over HTTPS.
That said, no method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.
12. Changes to this policy
We will post any change on this page and update the date at the top. No analytics or advertising tools run on this site today; if we add one, we will describe it here and on the Cookie Policy page.
13. Contact
