1. Who we are
This website is operated by Aliaksandr Vabishchevich, an individual. “Kidletix” is a trade name used for this project; there is no company, office address or phone line behind it. Email is the only way to reach us: info@kidletix.app.
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of this website. By using it you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. How we handle the information you enter is described separately in the Privacy Policy.
3. The app does not exist yet
Kidletix is an idea in development. Everything on this site — the quiz, the sample plan, the feature list, the screenshots and the prices — describes an app we intend to build. It is not available to download, and we do not promise that it ever will be.
The plan the quiz produces is an illustration assembled from the answers you gave. It is not a programme prepared by a coach, and no person reviews it.
4. No payments
This website takes no payments. There is no checkout, no card form and no payment provider connected to it. The prices shown next to the plans describe what we expect to charge if the app launches; clicking one tells us which price looks reasonable to you and takes you to the final page. It buys nothing, charges nothing, and creates no obligation for you to pay anything.
5. The waitlist
If you give us your email address, we will use it to tell you when the app becomes available, and to give you the extra free week the final page promises.
We cannot promise a launch date, and we cannot promise a launch at all — this test may end with the decision not to build the app. If that happens, we will say so rather than leave you waiting. You can ask us to remove your address at any time: info@kidletix.app.
6. Not medical or training advice
The quiz and the sample plan are illustrative. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a professional training programme, and no qualified professional reviews your answers. Talk to your child’s physician before starting any exercise programme, especially if your child has an injury or a health condition.
7. Who may use this site
You must be at least 18 years old and act as the parent or guardian of the child whose details you enter. The site is not intended for children, and children should not fill in the quiz themselves.
8. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its database;
- submit somebody else’s email address;
- collect data from the site automatically, or send it automated traffic.
We may block access if any of that happens.
9. Content and trade name
The text, design, illustrations and photographs on this site belong to the operator or are used under licence. Please do not copy or republish them without permission. “Kidletix” is our trade name.
10. Third-party content
The landing page embeds a promotional video hosted by YouTube. It loads only after you click the preview, and once it does, YouTube’s own terms and privacy policy apply to that player. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. We do not control those services.
11. No warranty and liability
The site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be available without interruption, or free of errors, or that the app described on it will be released.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on the sample plan it produces, including any injury arising from exercise undertaken on the basis of it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes and ending the test
We may change these terms, change the site, or take it down entirely — this is a test, and it is meant to end. Changes are posted on this page with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
